Junctions three and four of the M3 sit either side of Camberley, and the eastbound stretch towards the M25 at junction twelve is where morning delays begin, often from before half past seven. The A30 through Bagshot and Sunningdale is the alternative and is slow but reliable. Running south to Farnham, the A331 is the route for Aldershot and Farnborough. Bank holiday weekends, the weeks either side of Christmas, the summer wedding season and the university terms that begin and end together all fill quickly, and the further from London a journey runs, the earlier a car should be committed to it. Midweek travel in the shoulder months is the easiest thing in the world to arrange.
