We plan the day backwards from the ceremony time. That means driving the route in advance where we can, agreeing exactly where the car will stand at the house, knowing which gate the venue prefers, and allowing for the fact that a wedding dress takes longer to get into a car than anyone estimates. The chauffeur arrives well before the stated time and simply waits.

The bridal car is specified for the dress as much as for the couple. A Rolls-Royce Phantom offers rear-hinged doors and enough height to step in rather than climb, which matters a great deal with a full skirt and a veil. Ribbons in your colour are arranged on request. Your chauffeur will hold an umbrella, close the door properly and step out of every photograph without being asked.

Beyond the bride, most couples arrange transport for parents and the bridal party to the church, a second run for guests between ceremony and reception, and a car for the couple's departure at the end of the evening. Multiple vehicles can be coordinated to one timeline, and a V-Class is the practical choice for moving a group with hats, heels and gifts.

Specific model, colour and specification are always subject to availability and booking confirmation, so wedding cars are worth reserving early, particularly for summer Saturdays. Send us your date and venues on WhatsApp and we will confirm what can be held for you. We are glad to talk the running order through with whoever is coordinating the day, whether that is a planner, the venue, or a very organised relative with a clipboard.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs

Why Clients Choose Us for Wedding Chauffeur

  • 01

    Never too early

If the morning runs ahead of itself, the car takes a slow turn around the village rather than delivering a bride to an empty aisle.

  • 02

    A calm presence

Someone in a suit who is not related to anybody, has seen a great many wedding mornings, and is entirely unbothered by the one everyone else is finding stressful.

  • 03

    The forgotten thing

Rings, shoes, a speech left on the kitchen table. An empty run back is usually possible while the party is being photographed, and has saved more than one morning.

  • 04

    Cool in July

A cabin brought down to temperature before anyone steps in, which matters a great deal when the dress and the heatwave arrive on the same day.

Local Knowledge

Getting the wedding day timeline right

Wedding cars are usually quoted one of two ways. A single bridal journey covers the run to the ceremony with waiting either side, and suits a couple whose other transport is already handled. A full-day booking holds the car and chauffeur from the morning through to the evening departure, and is the better value once you count the guest run, the move between ceremony and reception and the couple's exit. Ribbons, a specific colour and generous waiting time sit inside the figure rather than beside it.

The most frequent error is assuming one car can be in two places. If the bridal party needs collecting at half past eleven and the parents at the same hour from an address ten minutes away, that is two vehicles, and we would rather say so at the enquiry than improvise on the morning. The second is forgetting the surface: gravel, a field entrance or a long unmade drive changes which car is sensible, and a low saloon on wet grass helps nobody.

Send us more than the two addresses. The ceremony time, who is being collected and from where, how many people are in the largest group, whether the photographer wants the car in a picture, and the name of whoever is coordinating the day. If the venue issues a supplier arrival time or restricts where cars may park, forward that document rather than summarising it. We will build the running order from all of it and confirm it back to you in writing.

Four Steps

How Booking Works

Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.

  1. 01

    Tell us the journey

Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.

  2. 02

    We quote in writing

You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.

  3. 03

    The car is held

On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.

  4. 04

    Your chauffeur arrives

Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.

Corporate & Business

Planners, venues and suppliers

We work happily as one supplier among many. Planners and venue coordinators get a named contact, written confirmations, and a chauffeur who has read the running order rather than asking for it at the gate. If the schedule changes in the fortnight beforehand, as schedules do, the revision reaches the car directly instead of passing through the couple on the busiest week of their year.

The same arrangement suits occasions that are not weddings at all: civil partnership ceremonies, naming days, formal receptions and the anniversary dinners that companies hold for long-serving staff. Where several vehicles are involved, one written schedule covers them all and a single account settles afterwards, which is simpler for whoever has to reconcile the budget.

Who We Drive

Who Travels with Us for Wedding Chauffeur

  • Couples marrying locally

Brides and grooms whose ceremony and reception sit in different places, where the day needs a car that stays with it rather than two separate bookings.

  • Mothers and fathers

Parents arranging the cars as their contribution to the day, who want the whole thing settled properly and invoiced to them rather than to the couple.

  • Wedding planners

Professionals building a running order who need a supplier that answers messages, confirms in writing and arrives before the time printed on the schedule.

  • Guests from a distance

Relatives and friends staying at a hotel some way from the venue, who would rather travel together than negotiate rural taxis in formal dress.

Events & Occasions

Around the wedding itself

A wedding is rarely one day. Engagement parties, dress fittings, the rehearsal dinner, collecting relatives from airports and stations through the week, and the brunch the morning after all benefit from the same arrangement. Booking them together tends to be simpler than treating each as a separate errand, and it means the chauffeur already knows the roads around the venue by Saturday.

The departure at the end deserves as much thought as the arrival. A car waiting quietly at eleven, with the confetti swept off the seat and the overnight bag already in the boot, ends the evening properly. Some couples leave for a hotel twenty minutes away and others begin a long run to an airport, and both are planned the same way: backwards from the moment you want to stop being looked at.

Timing & Availability

Dates that go early

Saturdays between May and September are the busiest dates in the British wedding year, and the most requested cars are spoken for a long way ahead. Reserve as soon as the venue is confirmed. Specification, colour and model are always subject to availability, so an early conversation is the only way to be certain of a particular car rather than a similar one.

Winter and midweek weddings are a great deal easier, and there is more choice available at shorter notice. Bank holiday weekends behave like summer Saturdays. If your date is fixed but the details are not, we can hold the vehicle first and settle the running order later; nothing about the timeline needs to be final for a booking to be made.

Professional Chauffeur Standards

The Standard We Hold

What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.

  • Vetted professional chauffeurs

Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.

  • Discretion by default

Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.

  • Immaculate vehicles

Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.

  • One point of contact

The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
