Executive Travel
An executive chauffeur turns the dead time between appointments into the most productive part of the day.
Quoted individually. Share the outline and we reply with a written price — no rate card, no obligation.
The rear compartment of a well-specified saloon is a better office than most airport lounges. Acoustic glazing keeps a conference call intelligible at motorway speed, the seats support you properly for two hours, and there is power for a laptop and a phone at once. Fold-out tables in the S-Class make signing and reviewing straightforward, and privacy glass means a document on your knee stays your business.
Punctuality is engineered rather than hoped for. We build in a margin for the junction that always fails, confirm where the vehicle can legally stop at each address, and have the chauffeur in position before your stated time rather than arriving on it. If the schedule is unforgiving, tell us the one appointment that genuinely cannot slip and we will plan the rest around protecting it.
For a day of several meetings, an hourly or full-day booking almost always works better than separate transfers. The car and chauffeur stay with you, so an overrun costs you nothing but time, and there is nowhere for your coat, your papers and your bag to go except back into the vehicle you just left.
The E-Class is the sensible everyday choice for one or two passengers. The S-Class is worth the step up when the day is long, and the V-Class earns its place the moment a colleague joins you and needs to work at the same time. If you are unsure, describe the day rather than the car: how many people, how many hours in the seat, and how much of that time you intend to spend working. We will recommend from that, and we will say plainly when the less expensive option is the right one.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
We take the whole day at once, then plan the gaps between appointments rather than treating each leg as a separate transaction to be arranged again.
02
Barriers, visitor passes and gated business parks are dealt with before the day, so your chauffeur is not negotiating an intercom while you are due upstairs.
03
When an eleven o'clock moves to three, we rebuild the remainder of the day around it rather than telling you what is no longer possible.
04
Quotations are issued in writing with the billing entity and any reference you need, so an executive chauffeur service never becomes an expenses problem three weeks later.
At a Glance
Quiet enough for calls, with power, tables and privacy glass so documents stay out of view.
Timings allow for the junctions that reliably fail, and the chauffeur is in position before your stated hour.
Keeping the vehicle through the day removes the cost of every overrun and every reboarding.
Local Knowledge
Send the day as your diary shows it, including the appointments we are not driving you to. A conference call at eleven changes where the car ought to be at ten forty-five, and a lunch you intend to linger over changes the whole afternoon. Addresses alone give us half the picture. What we are really building is the sequence of gaps, and gaps are where a working day is lost or won.
Corporate addresses are frequently the hardest part. Business parks have barriers, City buildings have no kerb at all, and industrial sites want a vehicle registration submitted the day before. Give us the site contact, any visitor reference and the entrance you actually use, and we will submit what needs submitting. Where a building genuinely has nowhere to stop, we will tell you at the planning stage and agree a drop point a short walk away rather than improvise one.
Long executive days run into legal driving-hours limits, and it is better to know that in advance than at nine in the evening. A six o'clock collection in London, a day in Manchester and a return the same night is close to the edge for one chauffeur. Where it exceeds what can be covered safely, we propose a second chauffeur, an overnight for the first, or a changed shape for the day. We would rather lose the booking than run it badly.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.

Corporate & Business
Where executive chauffeur hire becomes regular, an account arrangement removes friction for everyone. Travellers stop handling payment, assistants stop collecting receipts, and finance receives documentation in one place with the references it needs already on it. Purchase order numbers, cost centres and project codes can be carried on each booking, so the reconciliation at month end takes minutes rather than an afternoon.
It also helps with policy. Some organisations cap the vehicle grade, restrict travel above a certain distance, or require two travellers to share where the route allows. Tell us the rules once and we will quote inside them, flagging where a request falls outside so nobody has to argue about it later. Where several executives travel on the same day, we will say plainly when one vehicle would serve two of them better than two cars.
Who We Drive
Directors moving between a head office, a site and a dinner, who need the hours in between to be usable rather than merely survivable.
Lawyers, bankers and consultants running two client meetings in different cities on one day, with documents that should not be read over a shoulder on a train.
Visitors flying in for two days of meetings who would rather one chauffeur held the whole visit than face a different arrangement at every stop.
The people who actually build these days, and who want one contact, written confirmations and a plan that does not need chasing on the morning itself.
Events & Occasions
Executive travel rarely stops at six. Client dinners, industry awards, a theatre evening arranged for visiting colleagues and the drinks that follow a results announcement all belong to the same booking rather than a separate one. Holding the car through the evening means nobody is watching the clock, nobody is the designated driver, and the group leaves together when the conversation ends rather than when the last train does.
Hosting visitors is the other half of it. A colleague arriving from overseas will judge the trip partly on how the first hour felt, and a car waiting properly at the terminal does more for that than any amount of hospitality afterwards. We are happy to be given a guest's name and number directly, so they are looked after without anyone in your office having to relay messages between two time zones.

Airports
Met in arrivals with a name board, luggage carried, and departures planned around your check-in.
Popular Journeys
Quoted door to door as a single movement, including the return leg and any waiting in between.
Timing & Availability
Business days are usually visible a week or two ahead, which is comfortable lead time and lets us hold the vehicle you want. Same-week requests are routine. The awkward cases are the ones that appear at four in the afternoon for seven the next morning, and even those are frequently possible in London. It is the six o'clock starts from smaller towns that are hardest to place.
The business calendar has its own crushes. Results seasons, major trade fairs and conference weeks strip the available vehicles out of whichever city they land on, and the fortnights before Easter and Christmas compress a month of meetings into half the days. If your schedule includes an event thousands of other people are also attending, reserve the car before you book anything else. It is the part of the arrangement with the least elasticity in it.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.

Where We Travel
