Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the use of this website and the arrangement of chauffeur services by Luxury Chauffeurs. They are written to be read, and to be replaced by a fuller signed agreement where a client needs one.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, availability and vehicles are confirmed individually in writing before a booking exists.

All journeys are quoted individually against distance, duration, vehicle and timing. A quotation is valid for the journey and date described in it, and does not reserve a vehicle.

A booking is made when we confirm it to you in writing. At that point we will set out the price, the vehicle category, the timings, and any terms specific to that journey — including the arrangements for payment and for changes or cancellation.

Vehicles are drawn from our own cars and from a vetted network of professional chauffeur operators. Specific model, colour and specification are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Where a particular vehicle becomes unavailable through circumstances outside our control, we will offer the closest equivalent or better at no additional cost, and will tell you before the journey wherever possible.

We plan every journey with realistic allowances for traffic, weather and the hour of travel, and we will tell you honestly when a schedule looks tight. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by matters outside our control, including road closures, severe weather and incidents on the network.

Waiting time arrangements, including any free waiting period after a flight lands, are set out in your written booking confirmation.

Please tell us the correct number of passengers and pieces of luggage when you book, so we can provide a vehicle that carries them safely. Seat belts must be worn, and children must travel in an appropriate child restraint — tell us their ages and we will fit the correct stage of seat.

Our chauffeurs may decline to carry a passenger where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful. Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in any vehicle.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights or connections, where we have performed the journey as agreed. Where you have a fixed deadline to meet, tell us and we will build the schedule around it.

Text, layout and design on this site belong to Luxury Chauffeurs. Photography is licensed from a third-party image library and is illustrative — it does not necessarily show a specific vehicle available for hire.

We take care to keep information accurate, but details such as journey times are indicative and depend on conditions on the day.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any rights you have under the law of the country in which you live.
