Events & Occasions
The best part of an event chauffeur arrives at the end, when everyone else is queuing in the dark for a car that has not been dispatched yet.
Quoted individually. Share the outline and we reply with a written price — no rate card, no obligation.
Arrival is the first half of the job. Large venues have designated drop-off points, one-way systems that open only on event days, and roads that close entirely an hour before doors. We check the arrangements for your specific date and set you down as close to the entrance as the stewarding permits, which usually means walking a short distance in good shoes rather than a long one in the rain.
Departure is where the arrangement pays for itself. Twenty thousand people leaving a stadium at once produces a car park that does not move for forty minutes. Your chauffeur holds in a position chosen to escape rather than to be close, and comes to you when the worst has cleared. Waiting inside a warm car for ten minutes is a far better experience than standing outside for fifty.
The service covers a wide range of occasions: race meetings at Ascot and Goodwood, tennis at Wimbledon, motorsport at Silverstone, opening nights, arena concerts, regattas, gallery openings, private dinners and milestone celebrations. For anything black tie, an S-Class or a Rolls-Royce Ghost sets the right tone at the door and gives you room to arrive uncreased.
Groups are straightforward. A V-Class keeps a party of six or seven together in both directions, which is considerably more civilised than reassembling everyone at midnight. Tell us the venue, the date and the headcount on WhatsApp and we will plan both legs properly. For anything with a fixed curtain or a first race, give us the time you need to be seated rather than the time you would like to leave, and we will work backwards from it.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
Stewarding decides how near a car may get, and we find that out for your date rather than for the venue in general, so the walk in is short.
02
On a standby booking the car is yours from doors to encore, so an overrunning second half or one more drink costs a message rather than a new fare.
03
No one in the party has to nurse a single glass all night or volunteer for the drive home, which quietly improves the evening for everybody.
04
Composed and unmarked where discretion suits the occasion, or a car with genuine theatre to it when the entrance is part of the evening.
At a Glance
The chauffeur holds where he can leave from, not where he can be seen, and collects once the crush clears.
Drop-off points, event-day road closures and stewarded access are confirmed for your specific date.
A V-Class carries a party of six or seven both ways, so nobody is reassembling the group at midnight.
Local Knowledge
Two structures cover almost every event. A pair of transfers prices the journey there and the journey back as separate movements, which suits a fixed finish such as a theatre curtain. A standby booking holds the car and the chauffeur for a block of hours and is priced by time, which is the honest answer for anything with an unpredictable end: a race meeting, a dinner with speeches, a concert with an encore. Where the gap between drop-off and collection is long, we will tell you which works out better.
Three things go wrong regularly. Guests give the time they would like to leave the house instead of the time they must be seated, which removes the margin the traffic will certainly take. Nobody checks whether the venue closes roads on event days, and several do. And everybody assumes the collection happens at the main gate, where several thousand other people are also standing. Give us the seated time, the ticket details if they name an entrance, and let us choose the meeting point.
An evening runs to a simple shape. The chauffeur confirms the approach an hour or two beforehand, collects with time in hand, and sets you down at the point agreed with stewarding. He then moves to a holding position chosen for how easily he can reach you again. When you are ready you send one message, and the car appears at the meeting point within a few minutes. Coats, umbrellas and anything you did not want to carry in have been in the boot the whole time.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.

Corporate & Business
Corporate hospitality is judged on the parts nobody plans. A client collected from their office and returned to their door remembers that far longer than the seating plan. We can build a collection round across several addresses, bring everyone to the venue together, and cover the return without anyone reaching for a phone at the end of the night.
For a large guest list we coordinate several vehicles to one timeline, with each chauffeur briefed on his own list and one person overseeing the whole movement. Invoicing runs to the company rather than to individual guests, and the schedule is confirmed in writing beforehand so whoever is hosting can hand it to their assistant and stop thinking about transport.
Who We Drive
Racegoers, opera subscribers and members with a fixture list, who settle the same arrangement several times a year and stop thinking about it.
Companies entertaining clients in a box or a marquee, where guests should be collected properly and the host should not be watching the clock.
Significant birthdays, anniversaries and family dinners where arriving together, and leaving together, matters rather more than the individual journeys do.
Families sending teenagers to a concert or a ball who would far rather have a named, vetted chauffeur and an agreed meeting point than an app.
Events & Occasions
The calendar is wide. Flat racing and jump meetings, tennis fortnight, motorsport weekends, regattas, polo, opening nights and press evenings, arena tours, awards dinners, gallery previews and the sort of private party that ends considerably later than planned. Each has its own quirks of access, and a car that has been to that venue before is worth more than one that has only been to the postcode.
Dress codes change the requirement more than people expect. Long dresses, morning dress and anything with a hat need height to get in and out of and a boot that will take a garment bag flat. If the day involves a picnic, a hamper or a change of shoes for the evening, tell us when you book so the vehicle is chosen for the whole day rather than for the journey.

Timing & Availability
The British event season concentrates itself between May and September, and within it a handful of fixtures take most of the available cars on the same few days. Royal Ascot week, the Wimbledon fortnight, Henley, Goodwood, the British Grand Prix and the Chelsea Flower Show should be treated as book-early dates, particularly if you want a specific vehicle rather than a good one.
Outside those weeks, a few days is usually enough for a theatre evening or a dinner, and midweek requests can often be arranged the same day. December is the exception: office parties, carol concerts and pantomime season fill the evenings from the last week of November onwards, and Saturdays in that month go first. Ask early in December and the choice is still yours.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
