Business Travel
For anything under four hours of driving, a car with a chauffeur usually beats the train once you count the whole door-to-door picture.
Quoted individually. Share the outline and we reply with a written price — no rate card, no obligation.
Compare it honestly. A train journey involves getting to the station, a walk at the far end, a taxi you cannot rely on and a fixed departure that decides when your meeting ends. A chauffeured car collects you where you are, leaves when you are ready, carries whatever you are bringing and delivers you to the actual entrance. On routes such as London to Birmingham or Manchester to Leeds, the difference in usable working time is substantial.
The car also solves the awkward parts of a business day. Materials, samples and pull-up banners travel in the boot rather than on your shoulder. A colleague can be collected en route. Between two meetings on opposite sides of a city you get a genuine half hour to prepare rather than twelve minutes of walking and a queue for coffee.
For teams, the V-Class carries up to seven with individual rear seating, which means four people arrive together having actually spoken to each other on the way. It is frequently cheaper and always simpler than three separate cars converging on the same postcode at slightly different times. The rear compartment is quiet enough to run through an agenda properly, which turns the drive into the preparation meeting nobody managed to schedule.
Billing is straightforward and quoted in advance in writing, so there is nothing surprising to reconcile afterwards. Send the outline of the day on WhatsApp and we will return a plan with the vehicle we would recommend and realistic timings between each stop. Where a schedule is genuinely too tight to hold, we would far rather tell you at the planning stage than discover it together somewhere on the M6.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
Bristol on Tuesday, Leeds on Wednesday and a return from Edinburgh on Thursday can sit under a single booking with one set of confirmations.
02
Long legs are timed against realistic average speeds, roadworks and the breaks a chauffeur is legally required to take, rather than an optimistic figure from a mapping app.
03
A collection in Sheffield or Cardiff is arranged to the same brief as one in the City, drawing on our own cars and vetted professional operators locally.
04
Multi-day trips include hotel drops, evening collections and a chauffeur staying near you overnight, so the second morning starts where it should rather than an hour late.
At a Glance
No station walk, no onward taxi and no departure time deciding when your meeting has to end.
Samples, banners and cases sit in the boot rather than being carried through concourses and lifts.
The V-Class takes up to seven with individual rear seats, replacing three cars converging separately.
Local Knowledge
A day with several stops is best sent to us as a list with times against it, even rough ones. Where you need to be, by when, and roughly how long you expect to be inside. We then insert realistic driving times, and it is common for that exercise to reveal that two of the stops are simply too far apart. It is much cheaper to discover that on a Monday than at half past two on the Thursday.
One-way versus return is the decision that most affects what a business chauffeur costs. A car that drops you in Birmingham and returns empty is priced for both directions whether you use them or not. If you are staying overnight, or flying back, say so, because it may be better to release the car and arrange a fresh one locally the next morning. If you are returning the same day, waiting time is almost always better value than two separate journeys.
The detail people forget on long routes is the middle. On a three-hour leg a chauffeur will need a break, and so, generally, will you. We plan where that happens rather than leaving it to whichever services appear at the wrong moment. Tell us if you intend to work for the whole journey, take a call at a specific time, or sleep, because each of those changes the route we would choose and where we would stop.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.

Corporate & Business
Sending colleagues around the country carries an obligation that a train ticket quietly discharges and a hire car does not. A chauffeured car puts a professional, vetted driver behind the wheel for the whole journey, which matters most on the legs employers worry about: the late return after a long day, the unfamiliar route in winter weather, the drive back from an event where alcohol was served.
It also gives whoever holds the plan something to point at. Journeys are confirmed in writing, the chauffeur is known in advance, and the arrangement can be traced from booking to arrival without anyone reconstructing it from receipts. Where your organisation requires documentation on vetting, insurance or licensing before a supplier is approved, ask when you enquire and we will provide what we hold rather than talk around it.
Who We Drive
People covering a territory rather than a city, who see three customers in a day and would rather spend the gaps preparing than parking.
Engineers, surveyors and project directors heading to locations with no station nearby, difficult access and a return leg that never happens when planned.
Firms bringing a candidate, an auditor or a visiting supplier to site, where the arrangement is being judged as much as the meeting itself.
The people responsible for getting colleagues around the country safely and predictably, who need one supplier, clear documentation and no surprises on the invoice.
Events & Occasions
A surprising share of business travel is not strictly business. Corporate hospitality at a summer fixture, a supplier dinner, the office Christmas party, a conference dinner two hundred miles from home: all of them involve a group, an evening that ends unpredictably, and usually a drink. A car held for the evening deals with all three, and it removes the conversation about who is driving before it starts.
Hospitality days have their own rhythm and their own traffic. Racing, rugby and the summer cricket all empty at once, which means the twenty minutes after the final whistle are the worst possible time to start looking for a car. We agree a collection point away from the main exit and a signal, so your group walks to a car that is already there instead of joining everyone else in the queue.

Met in arrivals with a name board, luggage carried, and departures planned around your check-in.
Popular Journeys
Quoted door to door as a single movement, including the return leg and any waiting in between.
Timing & Availability
Journeys inside London and the larger cities can usually be covered at short notice. Rural collections and early starts from smaller towns need more, simply because the right vehicle may have to travel some distance to reach you. For a seven o'clock pickup in a village two hours from anywhere, two or three days' notice makes the difference between a straightforward arrangement and an expensive one.
Big events distort a whole region for a week. A major conference, an international fixture or a festival will take every available vehicle within thirty miles, and hotel availability goes at the same time. If your travel coincides with something like that, book both together and as early as you can. Outside those weeks, the quietest and easiest period for regional business chauffeur travel is the middle of the week in late winter.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
