Luxury Experiences
A wedding runs on a timetable nobody wants to be seen watching, which is precisely the job of the car and the person driving it.
Quoted individually. Share the outline and we reply with a written price — no rate card, no obligation.
A wedding day is a sequence of short journeys held together by long gaps. The bridal party leaves one address, the groom another; the registrar or officiant works to a fixed slot; the photographer wants twenty unhurried minutes that nobody has budgeted for. Between the ceremony and the reception there is often a drive of a few miles that somehow absorbs an hour. None of it is difficult, but all of it has to happen in the right order.
This is where a chauffeur earns the booking. Your car is ribboned and waiting well before the time you gave us, so the first thing anyone sees from the window is that it has arrived. Dresses are helped in and kept off the sill. Doors are held, umbrellas appear, and the drive to the ceremony is deliberately slower than it needs to be. Nobody in your family spends the morning as a driver, and nobody counts drinks at the reception.
Planning detail matters more at weddings than anywhere else. Rural venues often sit at the end of a single-track lane with a gravel sweep that a low car will not enjoy; churches rarely have parking; hotel forecourts get blocked by suppliers from mid-morning. We will look at the venue approach in advance and agree exactly where each car stops and turns. If the ceremony overruns, as they frequently do, we simply absorb it.
For the principal car most couples choose a Rolls-Royce Phantom or Ghost, with a Cullinan or Range Rover Autobiography where the venue involves gravel, mud or a farm track. A Mercedes V-Class carries bridesmaids, dresses and shoes without creasing anything, and a second saloon for parents or grandparents costs less than the taxis it replaces. Tell us the full running order and we will say honestly how many vehicles you actually need.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
We look at the venue approach and drive the route beforehand, so the morning becomes the performance of something already worked out on paper.
02
Silk, tulle and a cathedral train dictate the choice of car far more than mileage does. We size the vehicle around what you are actually wearing.
03
Not simply the principal car. Attendants, parents, grandparents and the late departure all sit inside one plan, held by one person who answers you directly.
04
Umbrellas travel as standard and doors are covered, so a poor forecast changes the choreography of the photographs rather than the mood of the morning.
At a Glance
Cars are dressed in your colours where you would like them to be, and cleaned the morning of the wedding.
We plan the day with slack built in, so an overrunning ceremony changes nothing for you.
Principal car, bridesmaids and parents can all be covered without anyone driving themselves.
Local Knowledge
Most weddings run from three or four addresses rather than one. The bridal party leaves a house or a hotel, the other side leaves somewhere else, and both converge on a church, register office or estate with little parking of its own. We map every set-down in advance: which entrance a car may use, where it can turn, and whether a bollarded courtyard or a low arch rules out a long wheelbase. That is settled weeks ahead rather than on the morning itself.
What you are wearing changes the car more than the distance does. A structured gown needs a wide aperture and a seat you drop into rather than climb over, and a long veil wants a rear bench kept clear of everything else. Heat matters too, since a cabin cooled before you step into it protects both make-up and flowers, while August in a dark morning suit is unforgiving. Where rain arrives, umbrellas are held at every door and the pictures move indoors.
The end of the evening is the part most couples plan last and feel most. A rural venue empties within twenty minutes of the band stopping, and local taxis are thin on the ground at that hour in a village that has three of them. Arranging your own departure, plus a vehicle for parents or elderly guests, removes the scramble entirely. The return stays deliberately open, since nobody yet knows whether the last dance will actually be the last.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.

Corporate & Business
Wedding planners and venue coordinators work to a document, and we work to the same one. Vehicle movements are written into the schedule with arrival and release times, confirmed in writing and reported back as they happen, so whoever holds the running order is never guessing. Where several suppliers share one narrow approach, we agree the order in which cars use it rather than meeting halfway along the drive.
Guests travelling on business terms, whether colleagues, clients or an international branch of the family, are frequently moved as a group between an airport, a hotel and the venue. Those runs sit far better on a single account than on fifteen separate arrangements, and the people travelling never handle logistics at all. Where more than one vehicle runs, timings are matched so a shuttle arrives together rather than as a trickle of stragglers.
Who We Drive
Two people who would like the morning to feel unhurried, and relatives who would otherwise be handed keys and quietly asked to drive all day.
Professionals building a schedule minute by minute, who need vehicle movements that behave exactly as written and a supplier who confirms everything in writing.
Family flying in for a long weekend, met at the terminal and moved between hotel, rehearsal dinner and venue without anybody renting a car.
Register office weddings followed by lunch for twelve, where the car is one of very few suppliers and carries the polish of the day.
Events & Occasions
The wedding is rarely the only date in the diary. An engagement dinner, the rehearsal evening, the morning-after brunch and the departure for a honeymoon flight all benefit from the same car and the same chauffeur, who by then knows the family and the lanes. Anniversaries and vow renewals are handled the same way, and booking them together tends to be simpler than treating each as a fresh enquiry.
Civil partnerships and second marriages deserve precisely the care given to a two-hundred-guest estate wedding, and often show it more clearly because there is less around them. Lunch for a dozen after a register office booking, with the vehicle held between courses and a quiet run home when the afternoon has finished with you, is an unfussy and genuinely lovely way to mark a day.

Airports
Met in arrivals with a name board, luggage carried, and departures planned around your check-in.
Popular Journeys
Quoted door to door as a single movement, including the return leg and any waiting in between.
Timing & Availability
Saturdays from May to September are the pressure point, and the most distinctive cars are spoken for first, frequently the better part of a year out for a summer date in a popular county. Friday and Sunday weddings, and anything between October and April, are considerably more forgiving. The sooner your venue and ceremony time are fixed, the wider the choice you are choosing from.
Short notice is far from hopeless: midweek dates and winter Saturdays often have good availability at a few weeks' notice. Vehicles come from our own cars and a vetted network of professional chauffeur operators, so model, colour and specification are confirmed with the booking rather than assumed. Send the date, the addresses and the outline of the morning by WhatsApp or email and we will answer plainly.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
