Luxury Experiences
Ascot is a long day in beautiful clothes, and almost every complaint about it begins in a car park.

Royal Ascot fills five days of June and behaves less like a race meeting than a very large garden party with horses in it. Gates open late morning, lunch runs long, the Royal Procession comes down the straight in the early afternoon and racing follows through until early evening, after which a good part of the crowd stays on around the bandstand. You will be on your feet, outdoors, in your best clothes, for most of the day.
A chauffeur changes the two ends of that day. You are set down close to the enclosure entrances rather than crossing a field from a numbered car park, which is a different proposition entirely in heels and a hat that has to survive the wind. At the other end you send a message and the car returns; nobody in your group has spent the afternoon on elderflower cordial doing arithmetic about the drive home.
Plan the arrival earlier than feels necessary. The roads around Ascot, Windsor and Sunninghill thicken from late morning and the last two miles are the slow ones, so we usually suggest leaving London before the middle of the morning. Give us a rough departure window rather than an exact minute for the return. Badges, enclosure admission and hospitality come from the racecourse or your host; we are an independent chauffeur company and supply the car only.
For a couple, a Rolls-Royce Ghost or a Mercedes S-Class is the natural choice, and the Phantom is the car people photograph. Groups of five or six are far better served by a V-Class, where hats travel upright and nobody sits with a coat on their knees. If your party splits across enclosures we will run two vehicles on the same timings, so the return is not a negotiation.

Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
You step out within sight of the gates in the clothes you spent months choosing, instead of crossing a paddock with your shoes carried in one hand.
02
Some parties leave after the fifth race and some stay by the bandstand until the light goes. The car comes when you say so.
03
Wide brims and a saloon parcel shelf are old enemies. We recommend the vehicle around the outfits in your group rather than simply the headcount.
04
We supply the road journey only: no badges, no hospitality and no affiliation with the racecourse. Unbranded cars, briefed chauffeurs, nothing that attracts attention at the set-down.
At a Glance
Dropped near the entrance instead of walking in from a distant grass car park.
We hold a collection window rather than a fixed time, because the last race is never quite the end.
A V-Class carries six people and their millinery without crushing either.
Local Knowledge
Berkshire rearranges itself for the meeting. Temporary restrictions, contraflows and police control appear on the roads through Ascot, Sunninghill and Windsor Great Park, and stewards funnel vehicles into designated set-down areas that shift between days as the crowd grows. Your chauffeur establishes what is in force that morning and tells you where the car will stop once he is close enough to see the arrangements working. Car park passes and enclosure admission are matters for the racecourse and your host.
The rhythm of the day is long and largely outdoors. Gates open well before the first race, lunch stretches, the procession comes down the straight in the early afternoon, racing continues into the evening and music follows afterwards. June in England can deliver strong sun and a heavy shower within the same hour, and neither is kind to morning dress or a long gown. A car waiting nearby means a coat, a change of shoes and a charger are minutes away.
Everyone leaves inside the same hour, and that single fact shapes the evening more than anything else. Enclosures empty into a modest number of country roads, and a vehicle sitting in one of them helps nobody. We collect from a road agreed beforehand and away from the main flow, and your chauffeur will often propose holding for half an hour rather than joining the crawl. Where dinner in London follows, we go directly there instead of returning home first.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.

Corporate & Business
Hospitality guests arrive with expectations set long before the first race. Delivering them as a group, close to the entrance printed on whatever their host has given them, is the least glamorous part of the day and the part most likely to go wrong. We take the arrival times from your organiser, run vehicles to matched timings, and keep one contact point so the host is never fielding questions about cars.
Parties frequently split across different enclosures and reconvene at different hours. That is straightforward when the vehicles are already coordinated: several cars, one agreed collection road, and a chauffeur who knows which guest belongs to which group. Billing sits centrally, so nobody travelling is asked to arrange anything themselves, and journeys extend into the evening if your guests decide the day is not finished.
Who We Drive
Companies entertaining clients for a full day, who need guests delivered together, unhurried, and gathered up afterwards without a group message going round at six.
Groups who attend every year, know exactly which day of the week suits them, and would like the same arrangement repeated without explaining it again.
A birthday, an anniversary or simply a very good excuse, treated as an entire day out rather than a race meeting with a car park attached.
International guests for whom this is the set piece of a British summer, based in London and travelling out for a single unforgettable afternoon.
Events & Occasions
Few outings in the British calendar reward preparation quite like this one, and it is worth letting the journey take part. A drive out through Windsor with the day still ahead of you sets a tone that a station platform cannot. Families travelling across three generations manage it far more comfortably when grandparents are set down at the entrance and nobody has to remember where the car was left.
Private groups often build something longer around the racing: a leisurely lunch on the way out, the afternoon itself, then a table booked for the evening on the assumption that nobody will want it to end. Holding the vehicle between those stops keeps the whole thing as one continuous occasion, and removes the ancient argument about which member of the party spends the day on water.

Airports

Timing & Availability
The meeting occupies five days in June, with dates published by the racecourse well ahead. It sits in the busiest fortnight of the English season, competing directly with tennis, rowing and a great many weddings for the same vehicles and the same chauffeurs. Larger cars, which most groups eventually want once the hats appear, are the first to disappear from the diary.
Midweek days can sometimes be arranged at shorter notice, and the quieter days of the meeting are easier than the weekend. We draw on our own vehicles and a vetted network of professional operators, so the exact model and finish depend on availability when you confirm. Tell us the day you are attending, the size of the party and where you are starting from, and we will be honest about what is possible.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.

Where We Travel
