Chauffeur Service Oxford Circus
Oxford Circus is the busiest pedestrian crossing in the country, which tells you everything about where a car can wait.

Where Oxford Street meets Regent Street, the junction handles an extraordinary volume of people on foot, with the flagship stores of both streets radiating from it and the offices and studios of Fitzrovia immediately north. Passengers here are shoppers, people arriving for meetings in the buildings above the shops, and visitors staying nearby who would rather not wade through the crowd to find a car. Most journeys from here are short, closely spaced and easier by car than the distance suggests.
Neither of the two streets that form the junction is available. Oxford Street is restricted to buses and taxis for much of the day along most of its length, and Regent Street has bus lanes and near-permanent pedestrian overflow. The useful addresses are behind: Cavendish Square, Hanover Square, Harewood Place, Great Castle Street, Margaret Street and Princes Street. Cavendish Square has an underground car park with a lift, which is genuinely helpful in bad weather.
Heathrow usually takes 45 to 80 minutes, most often via the Marylebone Road and the Westway. London City is generally 35 to 60 minutes. Gatwick runs about 70 to 110 minutes. Paddington is 10 to 20 minutes for a rail connection, and a theatre in Shaftesbury Avenue or the Strand is rarely more than 10 to 20 minutes even in the evening, though the last few hundred metres are always the slowest.

Local Knowledge
Cavendish Square is the most reliable answer at this end of Oxford Street: a garden square a minute north of the junction, with bays around it and a car park underneath that reaches street level by lift. Hanover Square, just south, has been rebuilt around the Elizabeth line entrance and works well for the Regent Street side. Great Castle Street and Margaret Street both take a car for a short set-down, and Holles Street links the two.
The calendar matters more here than anywhere else in the West End. The Christmas lights, the January and summer sales and the traffic-free Sundays on Regent Street in high summer all change what is possible, and on those Sundays the surrounding streets are closed or heavily managed for most of the day. We check the date before quoting, and where a closure is in force we move the meeting point north towards Cavendish Square or Great Portland Street.
Why Luxury Chauffeurs
01
Where a car may legally stop outside a Mayfair club or a Knightsbridge store is not obvious from a map, and it decides how an evening actually feels.
02
Book the car for a block of hours and it waits nearby between stops, carrying coats and shopping rather than sending you back for them.
03
Congestion Charge and ULEZ where they apply are written into the quotation, so a journey across the centre costs what you were told it would.
04
Twenty-four London areas have their own page, each with the practical detail that matters there rather than the same paragraph under a different name.

Four Steps
Chauffeur booking with us is a conversation rather than a checkout. Every journey is priced individually.
01
Send the date, the addresses and the shape of the day on WhatsApp, or use the journey planner. There is no obligation and no card details are taken to get a price.
02
You receive a written quotation covering the vehicle, the timings and everything included — no estimates that move later, and no surge pricing.
03
On confirmation a vehicle and a named professional chauffeur are assigned to your date, and the terms are put in writing.
04
Briefed on the route, the access and the waiting arrangements before the day, so nothing is decided at the kerb.
Included as Standard
Quoted as one price. No hidden extras added at the end of the journey.
Chauffeur hire at Oxford Circus, where side streets do the work the junction cannot.

Corporate & Business
A morning of meetings across the City, Mayfair and Canary Wharf is not three journeys, it is one engagement with pauses in it. An executive chauffeur held for the block keeps papers, coats and a second suit in the car, absorbs the meeting that runs forty minutes long, and moves the remaining stops without anybody rebooking anything. That is where corporate chauffeur work earns its keep.
Financial roadshows are the sharpest version of this. Several vehicles, a fixed sequence of addresses, and a schedule that will change twice before lunch. We coordinate those centrally, brief every chauffeur on the same plan, and keep one thread open for changes so the person running the day speaks to one contact rather than to a fleet. Conference and delegation movements are handled identically.
Who We Drive
People who live here, keep a car they rarely use in the centre, and would rather be driven for the evenings that involve a dress code.
Visitors staying in the West End or Belgravia who want one arrangement covering dinners, meetings, shopping and the airport run at the end.
Bankers, lawyers and advisers moving between the City, Canary Wharf and Mayfair on days where the diary has been left no slack at all.
Households with school runs, appointments and weekend plans, who far prefer the same familiar chauffeur to a different stranger each time.
Events & Occasions
London evenings are made or ruined by the last twenty minutes. Theatre curtains fall at the same moment across the West End, restaurants empty in waves, and the street outside is the worst place in the city to be looking for a car. A pre-agreed pickup point a short walk away solves that entirely, and your chauffeur is in position before you have finished your coats.
Shopping days work on the same principle. Bond Street, Sloane Street and the Knightsbridge stores are close enough together to walk and impossible to walk between while carrying anything. The car takes bags after each stop, which is the difference between an enjoyable afternoon and an endurance event. Restaurant reservations, private views and gallery evenings slot into the same held booking.

Airport Transfers
Usually 45 to 80 minutes depending on traffic and terminal
Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name board and helps with luggage to the car. Share a flight number and we plan the pickup around the published schedule and typical clearance times. For departures we work backwards from the check-in you want to make, allowing for the road and the hour of day.

Timing & Availability
London traffic is predictable enough to plan around and too variable to ignore. Weekday mornings into the centre and the long crawl outward from four until seven are the two windows that reshape a schedule, and we quote timings that reflect them rather than a mapping application on a quiet Sunday. Evening runs and weekends are considerably freer, and airport legs are the ones most worth padding.
Availability in the capital is deeper than anywhere else in the country, so short-notice requests are frequently workable, even the same day. The exceptions are the obvious ones: December evenings, the days of a major sporting or state occasion, and any Saturday in the wedding season. For those, book when the date is set rather than when the week finally arrives.
Professional Chauffeur Standards
What a premium chauffeur service should mean in practice, rather than in a brochure.
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted before they drive for us. They are briefed on your journey in advance and dressed for the occasion.
Vehicles carry no branding. Your chauffeur speaks when spoken to, and what is discussed in the back of the car stays there.
Current-generation cars, valeted before every journey, with still water and charging in the rear compartment.
The same person handles your enquiry, your quotation and your booking, so nothing is explained twice.
